    I got this as a lustre.Drilled a hole through it.(Relax I'm just kidding) I added a base and lamp guts and turned it into a lamp.The paint has held up very well.I don't know who made this but it is a pretty piece.
    Disclaimer: No lustres were harmed in the making of this lamp.
