Here are more photos of the markings and inside of her head. Hopefully this can help determine if she has been refurbished.

Nice no matter what...
Great piece!, I am far from expert in vintage dolls, but i think she is missing the hand painted eyelashes, maybe this link can help you: https://www.dollreference.com/marseille_armand_dolls.html
Yes, she seems to be missing the eyelashes, probably because she has indeed been repainted. Nothing wrong with that. She is still very pretty. :)
If you enlarge the photo, there is some sort of light brown shadow around the eyes, probably the eyelashes that are now under the new paint? I am not sure - it's just an idea I had.
The light brown shadow is like an eyeshadow.
I wish I could read what is stamped on back of head . Looks repainted but the stamp could be the clue . There are a million of 390 AM's this one has me lost . Just something not right ?
Do you mean under A 6 M, Manikin? I just enlarged the photo and I think you are right, there seems to be something that has been covered up? Possibly Made in Germany? But there was already Germany further up. Usually Germany is to be found only once, like here: https://rubell.files.wordpress.com/2009/08/armand-marseille-390-a11m-1-mark.jpg
I think there might have been some writing on the plate too if you look at it enlarged?
I think it really says "Made in Germany" under A 6 M.
Manikin made me curious (I had not noticed initially because I had not enlarged the photo), so I enhanced that part, and here it is:

This would be an example of an A 6 M 390 mold:

Also with a vivid color as compared to other 390 AM dolls I think. No "Made in Germany" at the bottom of the neck.
She is painted bisque not fired on . Very pretty .
This doll seems to me to be a reproduction, I have compared it with one from the Dollreference page, and there are notable differences, eyebrows, lips, lack of eyelashes, and puffier cheeks, the chin is also different, not to mention the ink mark on the neck Made in Germany.
