I have a few dolls out my mothers home from when I was younger I’m not sure who made them I’m just trying to see who made these what there names are and if maybe worth anything more then sentimental

Your doll is made to look like antique style doll. She is from 1980-90s . A modern porcelain doll. These were sold on home shopping shows, magazines, doll shows ect. during a time when true antique bisque dolls were very expensive. These modern porcelain dolls were made as collector dolls. The market is flooded with them in today's market.
