i found these at a tag sale i am trying to figure out if the 2 medical field staff are rare finds, do these items have any value and if the vehicles are rare. i find a lot of these toys but not these specific soldiers and vehicles.
These are really beautiful, I would guess they are are really rare.
The first thing is that the soldiers are dressed in uniforms that date from 1938 to 1941...this was just when the US was going into WWII.
The second is that the vehicles have rubber wheels and the soldiers appear to be cast lead or steel. When America entered WWII there was a decline in manufacturing with these natural resources. As a matter of fact, both rubber and steel were rationed.
The paint looks great , as is the condition.
I think you have a little treasure. Get it appraised by a serious toy collector.

What a spectacular find. If I am not mistaken, I think these look like they were made by Barkley (the military figures). I don't know much about Barkley figures, but I agree that they are pre-war. I have one or two of these figures, but not in the fine condition these are in.
Sorry, I misspelled the name of the manufacturer. It is Barclay.
I agree with fourpeepsake-- they are Barclay toy soldiers and do have value.
Condition of the ORIGINAL paint makes a big difference in value.
Most figures will fall in the $5- $10 range, but some figures will bring more. Unfortunately, I am not that familiar with which figures are the desirable ones.
The doctor and nurse are figures that I haven't seen a lot of, so their value may be higher. However, they look a like they got some rough handling.
If you want to see prices for what has sold, do an ebay completed auctions search under "barclay toy soldiers" and you can find your exact pieces.

In addition to Barclay, you have a few that are most likely Manoil (from the same era). Manoil is characterized by the rather silly expression and appearance, relative to their Barclay counterparts. The nurse and doctor, the pilot with the bomb, and the guy on the telephone/radio are good examples of this.
