This beautiful set cannot be identified by me. It has been passed down generations and is very old and in excellent condition. Can anyone help me identify?

this looks like 'Windsor' or 'Royal Brighton' by Indiana Glass, which is a reproduction of a line by Federal Glass. Here is a link for ref.:

I visited the link you provided and from there went to Federal glass Co. I have established ( according to my age and when I accuired this) that it is fact "The Windsor pattern " produced by Federal Glass Co. It is is MINT condition and I am very proud of it. Thank you for your help in solving this!
I have the dish or one very similar to it in a pinkish/amber color. Is this a celery dish? Nice set you have.
Nice set however, it is pressed glass and not cut.
