That 1 looks very close to mine but mine has a support bar from bottom center of the seat to the rear axle and my handel bars are almost straight just a slight bend no waves.also mine is open on the front the second pic has a plate on the front right in front of the seat.mine also dont have hub caps as there is nowhere to clip or push them on they are just smooth wheels on mine.
Thanks for the help ,very ,very close might be the same manufacturer just different years.we are slowly getting closer to finding out this mystery trike lol.
      thanks for the reply

i think i have found out the info on my tricycle.I think its made by TRI-ANG,its a company that was british and they were a toy manufacturer and tricycle maker. This trike dates back from mid 20s to early 40s.from what i can gather most were red and blue.thanks for everyones help and now just to find 1 thats never been repainted and has its origanal colors.if anyone knows what this trike is worth in this stsate please feel free to chirp in and should i restore it or leave it?

I am not an expert on tricycles by any means, but just using a little logic & observation... this seems to be a trike that doesn't have a huge amount of collectibility...so I would guess the dollar value would be fairly low. If it were me, I'd clean it up & restore it, repaint it, and display it in my home. I think it's really cute, and if you want to sell it, it would be the kind of thing someone would be interested in if it looked really fresh & painted. Not all rusty & dilapidated. Perhaps you could sell it after restoration if you wanted to, but I wouldn't expect it to get too high a price. Sorry, I have no idea what that might be, but I can't imagine more than $100 at the most...perhaps an antique dealer might know more than I do. I'm just someone who hangs out in antique stores a lot, and looks at a lot of things.

      I have one - identical.

It was in okay shape, but I fixed it up and it shows well and works great. Its a TriAng or Thistle trike. They were made by Lines Bros and sold throughout the commonwealth. This particular trike I have seen in two colours - Red with White tyres and Blue with Yellow tyres... I can see the red on the underside bar on your pictures. (Seat was not painted and I did not find any paint on my seat or under the metal)

No huge value that I know of... but kids still love them. I found mine in Winnipeg and it had no marking or name.

I had a second trike too. Similar, but smaller, circa 1960- It had a metal seat and it took a lot of work to get it to 'working' condition. Red with "Thistle" stencilled on the seat.

I can send pictures of both of these trikes-
