    The doll is about 18" tall molded hair, glass sleep eyes, I think she is composition. The name behind the neck is very hard to read, I make out MM next to each other and something -lander at the end

      Please look at back of her neck for markings. Take a photo and add it to post ok .
      Take her bonnet off to and remove one of you photo's to show her face and hair also .

      For a second I thought she might be Pinkie by Madame Alexander, but not enough of her face is visible. Does it say Mme Alexander at the back by any chance? You mention MM and -lander?
      It would be important to see her without the bonnet to see the molded hair and more of her face.
