I went to Spokane yesterday to pick up a couch from an Estate Sale. This house had not been lived in for a couple of years and was full of treasures. After loading the couch I went back in and looked around. When I spotted these salt and pepper shakers I couldn't believe my eyes. They are in absolute mint condition. The paint is perfect. When I asked what they were asking, she told me $10. I told her that was way too low but that's what I got them for. I haven't had much luck finding out what they're worth. There aren't many of the blue ones to be found. I will probably resell them if the price is right. Can anyone give me an idea of value?

For a minute there, I wondered why my shakers were in the unsolved Mystery section!!! You are correct, there isn't many of these around... and they could be the ones i had. ya never know! I picked mine up at the first auction I ever went to in about '82. We aren't supposed to give values here tho, but i can tell you they are from the 30's. Aunt Jemima and Moses. (I used to call him uncle Ben)! The other thing I can tell you is you scored big time!!! Sold mine about 20 yrs ago for a grip!
