Ok. Just picked these from a place called The Golden Unicorn in Holden, MO. $10 for both. I know they aren't the greatest things on earth, but I thought they were pretty neat. I haven't seen anything like them. I tried doing research on them as soon as I got them home, but I can't find ANYTHING on them. Its like they don't exist. The stove seems to have the remains of the name "Signature" on the front. The kitchen "Signature" is gone. I asked my mom what she thought about them & she seems to think they were made by Montgomery Ward since the "Signature" was part of their line. No other markings are on them. They stand about 28" from bottom to top of back. All knobs & handles are in tact. I really would like to know who made them, what era, & possible value. Thanks for any information!!
I enjoy vintage toys....sure don't make them like they used to.
You are on the right track with it being Montgomery Ward. Did a quick search too....this is what I found. Maybe it will help you learn some more about yours (or at least insight where to look for more) Good luck!
