Mother of pearl necklace

This necklace was broken down and made into a pair of earings for me. The center of the original necklace is shown as well as the one earring left. Is anyone able to tell me the origin of this?
My son and DIL gave me these for Mothers Fay and one of the earrings has been lost. Im hoping to find the original necklace so I can purchase. Thanks for amy input.
