Your doll is a reproduction of a German Kammer and Reinhardt doll mold 117. Most likely painted by a hobbyist inn a doll making class. This fad was at it highest in1980s-90s. You painted face and studio fired it, they also sold doll bodies, wigs clothes ect. Technically the person who painted her should have put their initials and date on mold before fired
snip**K & R bisque doll heads and bodies were designed by them, but most heads were manufactured by Simon & Halbig which is why heads bear both marks..
this is solved
