I bought this at a thrift store for $1.00 and would like to confirm if this is a perfume bottle. It measures 6.75" tall. I would like to know more about the markings on the bottom. I hope someone can make them out in the pictures. It looks almost like an anchor with a partial circle above it , then the whole thing is enclosed in a full circle and underneath that it looks like a tiny sickle or a 2 and the color is cobalt blue. Any information would be appreciated. Thank You.

Although it is difficult to see in the photos, that looks a lot like the old Anchor Hocking mark. I do not know how many years ago they "moved on" to their present logo. Sorry I can't be more help. And yes, I do believe it is a perfume bottle.
