Seymore Mann made many many dolls . Unless you can find one with same dress in box it would be hard to say if she had a name . They make nice display dolls . The market is flooded with his dolls and other porcelain dolls sold in 1980s-90s.
Seymore was an importer of China porcelain dolls .
