Just hoped that Mike and Frank may be able to see my pics. I bought it in their neck of the woods. I was born in Moline and grew up there before moving to Cape Coral Fl. My father gave me $2.00 to spend at a yard sale . I bought a tim coffee can full of nuts bolts and well this beauty was in there also. It sat for years , i supervised a machine shop and we had a pollishing business behind us . I got to know him and brought it to him and he came back in the shop with it wrapped in tissue paper. It was beautiful. aluminum spool knurled drag knob on front brass body. the reel swivels 90 degrees so the spool lines up with the eyes on the pole and the shaft has a worm gear milled in it so you get it to level wind. you spin the reel back straight and your ready to cast again. It is machined and put together beautifully. unfortunatly it has no markings at all on it so my only thought is it is a prototype and did not make it to production unless mike and frank has seen something from the quad cities area before. would love to hear from one of them but i know they are very busy, but if they could see it i think they would like cause it is unusual and the time to buy that thing is when you see it ! lol mike Thanks
