    That's a silver penny and 1943 no mint and 1995 d double die I believe not sure the penny does stick to the magnet...

      Your 1943 was minted in Philadelphia ,it’s made of steel not silver ..
      in 1943 (during war number 279026- Called world war two ) they had to conserve copper for the war effort so the pennies were made of steel
      All other pennies were made of copper until 1982 when they switched over
      to zinc layered with copper
