She is a composition doll from 1930's-40s. Many of them had no distinctive features to ID them. Looks a lot like "Sally Pigtail" but she is marked Ideal. Sometimes you can't be positive of maker. How wonderful you have your mother's doll ! She is composition, may have replaced wig and not in original clothes.
