Wegner-Style Rocker (arm missing)

I bought this wegner-style rocker for a song in Iowa. We recently moved back to Chicago and somehow lost one of the arms along the way. Does anybody have any advice on how to restore the thing? I'm not able to spend a whole lot of money, but I love the chair and am so sad it got damaged.
