Ivory Book Ring Box

Markings: Warner J. C. Co. Buffalo N.Y.
This book shaped ring box is absolutely adorable. These vintage ring boxes are the smallest in my collection and measure approximately 1 1/2" L x 1 1/4" W x 11/16" H. The front and back look exactly the same, a nice detail as it resembles a book. Typically there are no images on the interior lid of ring boxes, but this one has a large skeleton key. No doubt it is likely the logo of the jeweler, but still a nice surprise and adds interest to this piece.
