Hi modfather...Seems like he's a legit designer and the labels show up on a lot of pieces when I searched. Doesn't seem to be any bio's for him though. I'd say yes it's real based on some of the auctions I came across. Nice piece. -Mike-

your Florida auction link was the first that I have seen outside South Africa for Sergio Talanti
It's a new name to me and tbh the vase itself is quite simple for Murano glass.
It is very attractive and well made but not at high Murano level I think.
I agree with you racer4, was just trying to understand the label
from the beginning I thought it was some clever guys in South Africa just making up some name?
