This may seem rather minor but this is an official variation. The front decal was put on backwards thus it is #9 instead of #6. Plus the decal is a slightly lighter color.
The Ford GT was sold from 1965 through 1970 but in 1970 it was turned into a Superfast model and I think I posted one of those a couple months ago. That leaves 1965 through 1969 which is a decent run. There are two other major variations, red/orange hubs and yellowish orange paint variation. That one is from a gift set and was not sold individually.
As can be seen this is a cool model especially for kids. It had a visible engine with injector stacks. Not their usual construction truck or passenger car.
This has nothing to do with your Post.... but with your profile.... here in Córdoba there is also a place with two identical peaks called NONO... Nono, formerly called Nuñu by the Comechingones, means Woman's Breasts, thus naming the two hills that are in front of the town.
