Old Wooden Cabinet/CupBoard?

This item was given to me several years ago and I'm not certain if it's a Jelly Cupboard or maybe a Music Cabinet, or something else? It measures approx. 38 inches long by 20 inches wide. It has 3 shelves inside (the 4th shelf is missing...but 4 actual spaces) and funky curved front legs. This was a pretty patina color but has since been painted black. There are no marking to identify the maker or approx age/value. If anyone has any ideas, it would be appreciated.
