This is a WW2 Army Air Corps (AAC) crew member wing, shirt sized (1.5") that has been inset into plexiglass and then bent and cut to form a bracelet.
The wing is sterling marked and the maker used lead solder to hold it in place in the plexiglass.
Most likely the plexiglass came off an AAC aircraft. The use of aircraft glass was popular in WW2 era trench art.
Based on the size of the bracelet, this was probably meant for a soldiers sweetheart.

Thanks Kaileys-- when you get the chance take a look at the other bracelets and trench art I have posted.
