High Quaility 1800s, Early 1900s Cased Glass Bridal Bowl

I purchased this about Two weeks ago, and Spent Twice as much as I normally would on a Brides Bowl, about $80.00, I'm not 100% on Maker, or any idea actually, which is not my Normal Style since I prefer to Know what I'm buying before I Buy it!, I just had a Feeling that this was a Really High Quality Old piece of Glass! The Hand Painted interior is just Beautiful, the Painting is also Very High Quality, The Bowl itself is Cased Glass which is most obvious at the Edges and Base which has a Rough Pontil, this would suggest its also Very Old, the Edges have a Lovely Bright Orange Color which compliments the rest of the bowls Pearl Glass Color Very Well, Everything about this Bowl Screamed Quality and if anyone has any Idea on a Maker or Year, or any information at all it would be Greatly Appreciated!
