Master carpenter tools

I found this old chisel on a car boot and cleaned it up but can’t make out the name. What I can make out is some of the name it starts with a logo an arrow pointing upwards underneath an H and a J inside the H then the name which I can’t make out it starts with J. HOWARTH AND THEN CAST STEEL WOODEN HANDLE NICELY CRAFTED BRASS COLLAR THEN THE CHISEL. overall length 9” inches. Would be happy with any help thank you.
