Ok, I can't find this cookie jar anywhere online. I believe it's from the late 1800's early 1900's. It looks like a bartender, and has a simple USA stamped on the bottom. Anyone know anything about it's origin or value?

Attributed to Pan American Art or San Jose Potteries, probably mid to late 1940's. Figure $50-$60
