Would anyone happen to know, around the time that maybe this style of bottle came about?... i really don't know much about Coca-Cola memorabilia but i think this is a interesting find, i found it while tubing down a river and found it in, under the water, it was pretty bizarre, the bottle looks to be a glass 1 liter bottle with like an imprinted coke label, would anyone happen to know anything about this particular bottle style?

Why not show the base? You will probably see the date it was made.

Ive been looking, I cant find anything. I do know that in the 1950s coke experimented with odd sized bottles. This person should know: rlynch@antiquebottles.com
They are on a website taking questions about antique bottles, this person specializes in coca-cola.

That was one of the first coca cola bottles ever made unfortunetly it didn't go into mass production because as u can clearly see the middle is bigger than the base which made it tip over in factory settings.

No it wasn't. "Coke" wasn't used until 1941.

It's a Mid-1980's bottle. Not all that rare, but yours is "unique". should have been printed with a white rectangle behind the red logo. appears to be missing.

Seems to me with my limited momery that COKE called these 'Family Size' when they were used, there shold be some info on the bottle as to volume and at least some codes on the bottom..... if this does not have any of those then it's a copy !
