    Model MD 15 is a 1.5 Horsepower "DELUXE" Model
    Serial number 3812xx shows as being built in 1940
    I used a motor like this when I was a youngster
    If you wanted "Reverse" You would turn the motor 180* and it would take you backwards

      This little puddle jumper motor takes me back to the early 1970's We still used things like this to go fishin
      Much better than rowing the boat

      It does turn over freely and has compression. When I get a chance I will check for spark and possibly fire it up. I will have to go get some leaded racing fuel to run in it..!!!
