Vintage Concrete Swinging Gnome on a Swing

I have had this guy for over 10 years but have never gotten around to posting him. This isn't a large gnome, perhaps a foot from head to toe. He is securely secured on a quarter inch, perhaps a bit less, steel wire but it is quite secure. Being securely secured and all that. Please note there is no padding going on here.......................... I think the pictures explain all. Looks like some of the original paint is showing through but that does not bother me.
My washing machine got moved by painters off of its flagstones and sunk into the ground and fell over. It will be a 2 person job getting it back in place. Again no padding.
