    I found this mailer in a box of my Father's things. It was mailed from the Philippines in 1919 from an army soldier to his girlfriend in Seattle. It was marked "do not open until Christmas day" It is bamboo and mailed with 3 Philipine United States Islands of America centavaos stamps.
