Looking for help on this silver/glass flask I picked up at a garage sale. The bottom of the glass has a foreign word that I can not read. The silver has a mark, picture attached. The dragon design is very detailed and unique. I am so interested in finding out more, if you have any info it would be greatly appreciated.
