Monet jewelry ribbon brooch. In a white enamel and open work filigree design. 2-1/2". When i ordered this brooch it didn't show up on time. So, i contacted the seller after waiting 2 wks. He reimbursed me the money and said it was lost in the mail. Well, a month later it finally came. I contacted the seller and asked if he wanted me to pay and he said no and to enjoy the brooch. Free, i like that!
