Hi I found this at a thrift store. Does anyone know if this is George Washington or Lord Milnes? It says Lord Milnes on the back but comes up as George Washington under internet searches.

Lord Milner on the net looks nothing like him either.

Richard Monckton Milnes, 1st Baron Houghton, FRS (19 June 1809 – 11 August 1885) was an English poet, patron of literature and a politician who strongly supported social justice. (Wikipedia.)

      Dates look wrong too.
