Here is an unusual Lamp with an Owl Night light . The base is Jadite 7" X 4 " , Lamp is 10 1/4 " to the top of the socket with 2 Blue and 1 Crystal Glass Pieces . The Frosted Owl shade is 3 " Tall .
I have seen this Owl shade listed as a candy container . There is also a SIMILAR battery operated owl nightlight but it is definitely different . Cord and Plug are extremely unusual ( Marked TMS ) wiring is extremely thin and Jade green in color .Lamp switch puts on either the Lamp or the Night Light - Not both at the same time . Any ideas of who manufactured it would be greatly appreciated . It is NOT a Pifco product but they copied the idea . This owl has larger ears and the back is totally different . Thankyou .

It looks like someone concocted it using different parts of different things they had on hand.

The lamp base with the blue Lucite parts I'm certain is from the 1970s Hollywood Regency era home decorating fad, they often had other parts which included matching glass prisms hanging off. The blue Lucite parts were made by the Houze manufacturing Co., who made a variety of parts they sold to different lamp assembly companies.

The jade colored base looks like the lid of a glass box, and the owl is a jar which had a screw off lid on it's bottom.

An example of one of those Hollywood Regency style lamps can be seen in t5hye link below.
