Cocograss is the gossipiest ladybug in Cocoland. Another wonderfull character created by Nicole Gorgeon. She is Cococinel's best friend, she is characterized by her cruel jokes, for meddling where she is not called, for talking excessively and for continually entering and leaving Cococinel and Babicinel's Clover-House to steal food. She is totally shameless.
She is a green female ladybug, in the series she always has a mocking look. She wears a white cloth collar on her neck with a yellow bow on the right side. and their antennae are a little darker green like most other Cocos/Ladybugs.
Cocograss's first appearance was in episode 6 of season 2 titled "The Trick" where it began that Cococinel was telling a terrifying story to her sister Babicinel before going to sleep, about a green furry monster that could change shape and feed of vulnerable and sweet ladybugs like Babicinel. Cococinel made up this whole story to scare her sister as a joke, Babicinel was quite scared and Cocograss, recently arrived from Mushroom Village to Cocoland, was listening to everything outside, hiding and since she had no place to live. It occurred to her to enter Coco and Babi's Clover-House and say that she was that monster and that either they leave or she would eat Babicinel. Since Babicinel had never seen a green ladybug, she believed everything and was extremely scared and insistent. Cococinel, feeling stressed by Babicinel's tantrums, decided to leave for the moment, and even though she told Babicinel that she had made it all up, Babi didn't pay attention. It all ended when Cocograss found a bigger and more comfortable tree house, she asked. I apologize and I end up being a great friend of Cococinel and Babicinel... Especially of Cococinel.
Cocograss is a talkative soul, she always spends her time talking about anything that has to do with her, whether it's her beloved mushroom town or her ex-boyfriend who never knew his name or if he was real, she also tells many stories of achievements. What she did in Mushroom Town, although once again the veracity of these stories is doubted.
At the Great Elm school she talks non-stop, especially in classes to Madame Institutrice (Olga), the Cocos' bitter teacher. Cocograss enjoys making her angry and interrupting her classes. Cocograss is really picky, she loves to make fun, criticize and talk badly about others behind their backs... Especially about male ladybugs.
Despite her personality, she knows how to act in difficult situations and support her friends if necessary... an example of this can be seen in episode 15 of season 2 titled "A Bad Fame" where she defends Babicinel.
