Children's Vintage China Creamer???

This small China Creamer has been in my mom's china closet for years. It might have been part of a children's china set, but there are No other pieces. It is marked Shenango China, New Castle PA. Approx 3 ins. high.... There are cute children's pictures detailed around it. Holding it's handle on the right, there is a picture of a "vintage" looking girl feeding a teddy bear while another yound child looks on. Directly under the spout there are two ducks one (may be male, eyes open) looks like its talking with it's bill open to the other(may be a female, eyes closed) bill pursed,like she can't be bothered.. almost as if they are arguing...Cute & Funny. Holding the handle on the left, there is a boy (vintage dressed) trying to close an umbrella, while a girl looks on. She is holding a doll and there is another doll sittin g on the ground dressed in a clown suit..The children's faces look very similar to the Campbells Soup Kids... I couldn't find any info on this very piece, only similar ones from Children's china sets. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking
