I've had this sign for over 25 years. I'm wondering its value, and I see one here that says "MOBILGAS" where mine says "SOCONY". Mine is dated 1934. Which is older, more desirable and valuable? Thank you

your socony sign is older than the mobilgas. socony stands for standard oil company of new york, which was later purchased by mobilgas. I was at the auburn show over labor day weekend and they were going for anywhere between $800.00 to $900.00 in that condition.
sorry I don't want to stir anything but Mobilgas was a brand name of Socony-Vacuum's gas ,after Socony merged with Vacuum in 1928 .I'm pretty sure they were then using Socony as a brand name also ,the age is probably still in the '30s.I think that value is good and the Socony is a little rarer. That's my 2cents,Beautiful sign!
Exellent condition.
