This is a double sided porcelain flanged sign. It's been in my collection for over 25 years. It says Goodyear Balloon on the tire. I've never seen one like it. Any ideas on age & value?

I don't know anything about signs, or Goodyear, and can't date your sign. However, here is a March 28, 1927, newspaper advertisement that shows the "Goodyear Balloon" tire around the globe:
