this is a rare item and i havent seen another like it . from the looks of the design i think ? its cobalt ...the lid is on the bottom and the owl is in great shape ..it stands 4 3/4 inches tall and the lid is 1 3/4 inches in diam ...

it does look quite unique; I've seen it noted as a candy jar. Prolly more unique than rare; it has a newer import look to me, but can't really tell from web images.
I have one just like this except the bottle cap is gold instead of white. I picked it up at an antique store for $2.00. Your's is the first one I've come across. Can't find anything else about his piece.

I have two of these. One clear one and a green one. I also have never seen other ones.
