    (5 items)

I recently acquired a large collections of records from a collector. Most I have been able to determine a ‘value’ or ‘price’. I have made it through several hundred but this one has me stumped and I can only find it in the CD’s versions with a price/value.

It is Doc Tate Nevaquaya – Comanche Flute Music
Label: Folkways Records – FE 4328

It is sealed and I would love to say mint however there is a ‘punch hole in the lower right corner of the jacket. I do not believe it bothered the vinyl.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you! Lauren

      Lauren,
Record companies will "cut-out" a record when it is discontinued. It can be a corner cut, slot-cut or punch hole. It does not effect the vinyl. However, that usually lowers the value.
If you plan to sell it on the internet, ebay, you need to say it is a "cut-out".
I have sold hundreds of Lp's on ebay, please be very careful using the term "mint".
If it is sealed, how do you know it is mint? You are assuming, which is not a good idea. Just because it is factory sealed does not mean it is mint. Some collectors will open them and some will not. Just grade the covers and say "sealed" I cannot help you with the price, you might try somewhere around the CD price.
      Hope this helps.
      Chuck
