Hello! I live in Spain, and my husband and I found this antique trunk thrown out in the street.
It's 41"x9"x14.5", of wooden construction with an exterior of metal paneling and wooden slats, and an interior lined with paper.
I'm about to begin cleaning it up, but I'd like to at least vaguely identify its age and type of construction. I haven't seen anything similar online so far (though most sites I've seen reference American trunks, as I haven't found much good Spanish info yet). So if anyone knows of a resource that may help learn a little more about this type of trunk, I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
