This camera was in an old garage. I need information on what this camera is I can't seem to find any information on it anywhere. It's a AMPRO AT-3 Projecting camera. With case and its own fold out screen. Built right into the case. The camera features sound as well.

Seen one of these sell at an auction for $300. Had a sales film for some tire company. Only reason I remember it is because of the fold out screen.

This one has the same old tire sales reel in it. It's from an old tire company that no longer exist. It still functions and you can watch the video. It's a great piece of old americana from an era gone by. I have learned that these particular models were used by traveling sales men to show a product demo.

Projector is worthless, only film it plays is the ones that came with them. Take it to a recycle center. I collect old projectors, and have never seen anyone buy a repeater. We like to purchase old projectors that we can swap out the films without having to wind them for an hour. @Jake, it probably sold for $300 because someone thought it was worth something because it's old. I wish people would realize that old doesn't always equal money.

That's funny calling it worthless. I have over 90 diffrent films for old repeaters. Some of the titles include, Bambi, Dumbo, The Day the Earth stood Still. And many more. Depending on the tire company who made the film you have. The film may be worth more than the projector itself.

      I hope this helps you.

The film is an old sales reel for US RoyalMaster Tires, pretty neat shows them driving on all sorts of surfaces to really show the durability. The drive on axe heads, wish I had a tire like that on my car.
