This is a 1 gallon cobalt blue bottle with pour spout. It measures 5-1/2" in diameter and 13" high. It has the letter "M" in a circle on the bottom. I believe this letter stands for the Maryland Glass Co. The bottle has 2 mold seams. I have no idea what the age of this bottle is but I would guess it dates around 1960. Since there was no label on the bottle I would guess is held some kind of medicine. Maryland Glass Co. made bottles for Milk of Magnesia (Cobat Bottles) so maybe this bottle held that product in an institutional form.
Does anyone have and idea what this bottle was used for?
