Hi, I just found a watch in my grandmother's belongings and I also need ti know value. Wondering if you ever found out. The whole band on mine is gold and the face says Canterbury. Band says Gemex 1/20 12kt GF and I'm unable to find little info. Thanks!

Andrea, did u learn anything about your watch? I have one that looks similer to yours. It was engraved & given to my friend in 1941. The band looks like yours and says Gemex 1/20 12kt gf.

As far as I know there was no watch company called Crestwood. I've seen one other watch signed Crestwood, and it was a low-end generic Swiss watch, so I would guess that this is the same. As for value, there isn't much of a market for these kinds of watches, Bulovas in this style go for about $20-$50, and I would guess that this one would probably not be worth more than that.

That's just a guess though. To be certain you would need to open the watch and look at the movement. If you can write down everything written on the back of the case and the movement, that would probably allow you to find out exactly what it is.
