Hi, I'm not that familiar with using computer sites, but I'm learning slowly. My Grandmother just passed away and I received her "Imperial Kenmore Rotary Sewing Machine", Model Number 117.591, in a beautiful cabinet that it folds down into. My house is packed right now, so I haven't taken any pictures as of now, but I could get relatively quickly if need be.

As far as I know, My grandmother was still using it before she passed, and everything worked great. I even have the original Operating Instructions, Manual, fold out photo of were everything is on the sewing machine, etc... My Grandmother Kept EVERYTHING, but she also took care of everything she owned.

I would like to know any information that anyone might have about this antique, and even a rough estimate on how much it would go for, if that's possible.
As I said I have not had time to photograph, this sewing machine is the identical one without the cabinet, but, I just took it from another site.

If you have any information at all on this You could either give me a call at (586) 415-2883 and ask for Ann. Or, you could E-mail me at Lisalieb@att.net, but, like I said I am not that computer savvy.

    P.S.
Thank-You for any information you can provide, or even help me to find a site that I could find info about this at.

      Hi Lisa,
The model of machine dates to 1942. They were made by the White sewing machine company and sold by Sears. Nice machine. Value - 20th century electric machines don't have a great value - could be anything from $5 to $150 depending on the condition of your actual machine and cabinet, accessories, where you live etc.

It looks like a beautiful machine. I have my Mom's sewing machine, dating from the late '30s. It's a special treasure to me, I'm sure this means a lot to you too! How wonderful that she took such good care of it.
