      Is it for cutting the ends off of cigars???

      Hi,

      I've been collecting cigar cutters for over 15 years on a daily basis and have a collection of well over 1000 pieces and I can tell you to a certainty its not a cigar cutter or a tool used in the manufacture of cigars.
