Well I got these from my grandmother they were her brothers she said they maybe antique, so I am lookin for some help! If they look like they are or not I am not sure I also have solid white dish with what looks like gold around the rim, so anything will be helpful!
these would be called "late carnival" Samantha. Bowl on left is 1950s Jeannette Glass Co Iris and Herringbone, dish on right is Indiana Glass Co, probably not earlier than the 1970s. They called this color "Goldtone" and off the top of my head I think collectors call this pattern "Killarney"
guess thats a good thing off the top of your head any idea what either is worth I know cant be much i have something i seen on ebay for 8 dollars thats kinda of old white with gold trim divided dish
The small one is a carnival relish dish from the late 60's and goes for around $14.00
I don't like to quote values, because the market varies according to a lot of factors (area of the country, where the item is being offered, supply, demand, etc). Here in NE Ohio, you can find these Goldtone Kilarney relish plates in thrift stores for $2-$3; in antiques malls you'll see them priced anywhere from $10-$20. Which ones do you think will sell?
thanks jus looking to expand my collection now i know what to expect.
