Hi there. Anyone know what these are? They are very old, made of pressed tin and glass. I believe they are old Victorian Christmas lantern ornaments where they used to put a small tapered candle in the top. If anyone knows would appreciate the information. They stand about 7 3/4" tall and they come apart with the tops coming off the top as the second photo shows. I have no ideas why the photo won't show the lanters upright so sorry for having to view the photos sideways. Thank you.

While living in Ohio, a gentleman from Holland gave a set of these tto me. He had them electrified, etc., They were from the Netherlands and that has been since 1959. Hope this helps
