      Your wall telephone model number 58 in oak or 59 in walnut was manufactured by Kellogg Switchboard & Supply Co of Chicago, IL around 1905. Milo G Kellogg formed the company in 1897 manufacturing switchboards at first in 1900 the company added the line of wall telephones and candlesticks.
