I NEED SOME HELP, IS THIS VICTORIAN AND IS THERE A NAME OR STYLE THAT IT IS REFERRED AS. HOW OLD DO YOU THINK IT MIGHT BE. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.

I think that's some sort of commode, but with the shelves and doors on top perhaps that makes it more of a bureau? It's definitely French-style, possibly a Victorian reproduction of Rococo Louis XV furniture.
