Collection of old pressed glass which began with 8 bowls belonging to my grandmother. My mother passed to me in 1970 and said they were Grandmother's "Ice Cream Bowls". I began to see a few more items in my antiquing travels; Celery/Asparagus dishes at top of pics 1&2, mayonnaise set in pic 3 and a curious handled dish in pic 4. Also, two smaller bowls at bottom of pic 1. All are very thick and look to be very brittle. The mayonnaise set seems to be later and of better quality glass.
No chips or dings, but all have "pouring rings" and straw marks. The Celery/Asparagus dishes and "curious handled dish have ledges just inside the decorative edge suggestive of lids?
Any identity thoughts?
Peavie, they would not have had lids, just the way the dishes are moulded. They were made by US Glass Co, it was their No. 15131 pattern from 1918. Collectors call it "Evangeline"

Thank you, again, Mr. Paul71....I have never been able to get any info for them. 1918 would be in the time frame for my Grandmother...died in her 90s during the 1950s. I have treasured them and now can talk about them.
